Can I sue for my injury that was caused by another person?

Initially we usually start out in the pre-suit stage. That’s where we’re going to gather information, we’re going to gather all your medical records, any investigative reports, like a police report, your medical bills and we’re going to send out a pre-suit demand package to the insurance company. At that point, we’ll negotiate with the insurance company, go back and forth, and if we can’t come to a resolution that both sides are happy with, that’s when we file a lawsuit and litigate the case on your behalf. We do tend to find that cases that are litigated tend to get better results.
