Does an accident report have to be filled out at the time of the fall?

Accident reports are helpful when it comes to slip and falls and trip and falls. However, the lack of an accident report does not mean that you don’t have a case. If we have other evidence showing that you were at the scene and that you were injured there, then we are able to pursue your claim. Many of our, slip and fall and trip and fall cases do not have an accident report that was taken at the scene.
