Should I take any photographs if I was injured in a slip and fall?

Photographs can be really valuable in the slip and fall case. The closer to the time of the accident, the better. Sometimes there is even photographs that individuals take of immediately after the accident and literally lying there in pain. Those can be very helpful in really capturing what you went through. Even going back the following day and obtaining some photographs as to what happened is better than nothing. Obviously, the closer to the time frame when the accident occurred, the more valuable the photographs can be.
