If you don’t have any documents, that’s okay. It’s our job to do the investigation, to gather different insurance documents, police reports, witness statements. If you do have any of these documents available to you, it will help us get a head start and be able to move quicker through the initial investigation process. The documents that we’re going to request are; Do you have the Florida Driver Exchange of Information that you generally get at the scene of the accident? Do you have a police report?

Bring copies of your car insurance. Bring copies of your health insurance. Bring any photographs that you took at the scene of the incident, and bring any medical records that you already have.

For example, did you go to urgent care? Did you go to the hospital that day?
